Dr. Torppa provides a careful diagnostic workup utilizing the IVA (for AD/HD), neuropsychological testing, and a variety of other psychological tests. After diagnosis, treatment includes Captain’s Log, neurofeedback and counseling. Clients come from all age groups and a variety of diagnostic categories, including AD/HD, learning disabilities, head injuries, and autistic spectrum disorders. Dr. Torppa is certified for EEG biofeedback by the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America. He has been trained at institutions approved by the American Psychological Association for training in clinical psychology. Dr. Torppa is also listed in the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology.
