How to Use the IVA-2 Built-In Support Ticket System

The green Help button on the home menu links to the IVA-2 test manual and other technical support documents. If this information is not sufficient, then click on Registration and Support to use the Technical Support ticket system.
Click on Tech Support.
This will bring up a form which you can fill out to submit a support ticket. Please include as many details as you can about the problem. If possible, try to replicate it. Also, there is a link at the top of the form that will take you to the BrainTrain Technical Support website at http://braintrainhelp.com for any additional help. You can use the Knowledge Base to find questions that have been answered. You can also submit a support ticket on the website.
