Software License Agreement

Use of BrainTrain software is subject to agreement of the software licensing agreement. The software license agreement may be downloaded from here.

Order Questions

If you Received an Incorrect Order
If you have received an order in error, the order you received seems to be incorrect, or your order has not yet arrived, please contact our Business Operations department at bizops@braintrain.com or (800) 822-0538, ext. 3. Please check your order as soon as it arrives. BrainTrain policy states that you have 10 days to examine the contents of your order and report discrepancies back to BrainTrain for resolution
