BrainTrain software. This personal

site to allow you to contact us directly
with any questions or comments you may
have. We read every message sent in and
endeavor to reply promptly. This
information is used to respond directly
to your questions or comments. We may
also keep your comments on file to
improve our web site or our products.

will not be reproduced without your

use your personal information to alert
you to product upgrades, special offers,
updated information, and other new
services when they become available.

stored on your computer's hard drive.

Parents
BrainTrain
does not knowingly collect personal data
from children under the age of 13. Children
under 13 may not register or download
software without the prior written consent
of a parent or legal guardian. A consent
form must be signed by the parent or legal
guardian and returned to BrainTrain by fax
at (804) 320-0242 or by mailing to
BrainTrain, 727 Twin Ridge Lane, Richmond,
VA 23235. Until we receive and process
verifiable information from a parent, a
child under the age of 13 will not be
allowed to register on our site. The use of
any collected information is covered in
Use and Security of Personal Information
above.
A parent who
has given BrainTrain permission to collect
his or her child's information can, at any
time, do the following: (1) review, correct
or remove the child's personal information;
(2) discontinue further use of the child's
information and communication with the
child; and/or, (3) revoke his or her earlier
consent to collect the child's information.
To do so, please contact us at
support@braintrain.com and be sure to
include the child's name and e-mail address,
your name and e-mail address, and the name
of the site or program for which the child
provided their information. We will check
and update the information as appropriate.
