Return and Shipping Policies

All Sales are Final.

Generally, all products are shipped within one business day of the receipt of your order. Domestic Shipping in the continental U.S. can take approximately 1-10 business days depending on your location. Please allow an additional 5 business days for International orders.

Upon receiving your software, you must install and register it for it to become fully functional. If you have any trouble, please contact BrainTrain Technical Support for help with your product.

The BrainTrain offices are closed on the weekend; all orders/shipments are processed Monday through Friday.
