Runtime Error -214....
This error message is generally resolved by uninstalling
and reinstalling the IVA Test Battery. The error may be
caused by several factors to include problems with the
Windows installation, problems with the IVA installation or
a corrupt Windows registry. In some cases it may be
necessary to format your hard drive and reinstall Windows.
