Runtime Error 429
You have
several options to solve this particular problem.
Reinstall the
Captain's Log program using the Custom option. To
reinstall using the Custom option, follow these steps:

First, uninstall the
Captain's Log program from your computer. To do this, click
on your Windows Start menu, navigate to Programs (All
Programs if using Windows XP), to BrainTrain, to Captain's
Log for Windows, and then select the option for Uninstall
Captain's Log. Follow the prompts to uninstall your current
installation of Captain's Log for Windows. This process
should not affect your data or license information.

After the uninstall is
completed, insert your Captain's Log for Windows CD. After
a brief pause, the InstallShield Wizard will appear for
Captain's Log. Continue through the prompts until you reach
the Setup Type screen (see below)
