Runtime Error 53
Captain's Log
may sometimes crash directly after the display of program
instructions. This program crash may be accompanied by a
error box stating "Run-time error '53': File not found:"" or
the program may simply crash without displaying an error
message.
To fix this
problem, please download and install the following patch.

This
particular error only affects Captain's Log@Home version
2005.2 and Captain's Log Professional version 2005.2 and
above. The error is fixed in version 2005.23 of each
program.
