IVA+Plus -
Need To Reinstall IVA+Plus on a New Computer
Anytime you require
assistance to move, reinstall or register the IVA+Plus
testing system, you will need to speak with a BrainTrain
Technical Support Representative.
Technical Support is
available to you for 90 days following purchase of your
IVA-CPT software. After this period, there will be a charge
of $99 per year to become a IVA Preferred Customer. By
becoming a IVA Preferred Customer, you will receive free
technical support for your IVA system for one year, any
necessary replacement CD's shipped by regular U.S. mail,
plus a 20% discount off the regular price of licenses for
additional IVA stations identical to the initial license.
Issues which require
technical support include, but are not limited to,
replacement CDs, contact with a BrainTrain representative
regarding error codes or software issues, and the need for
re-registration on a new computer station due to computer
failures and/or purchase of a new computer.
As of March 1, 2003, no
support is available for IVA-CPT versions prior to 4.0.
