You have several options to solve this particular problem. Reinstall the IVA
program using the Custom option. To reinstall using the
Custom option, follow these steps:

First, uninstall the IVA
program from your computer. To do this, click on your
Windows Start menu, navigate to Programs (All Programs if
using Windows XP), to BrainTrain, to Test Battery (Test
Battery 2 if using IVA+Plus), and then select the option for
Uninstall Test Battery. Follow the prompts to uninstall
your current installation of IVA. This process should not
affect your data or license information.

After the uninstall is
completed, insert your IVA or IVA+Plus CD. After a brief
pause, the InstallShield Wizard will appear for IVA or
IVA+Plus. Continue through the prompts until you reach the
Setup Type screen (see below)

Be sure to select the Custom
option and the press Next >, Continue as
normal. When the installation completes, restart your
computer and then open the IVA or IVA+Plus program.

Explorer 6.0 from the
Microsoft home page.

Purchase and install
Microsoft Office 2000 or higher.
