This error may occur because of missing report template files related to any of the data analyses or report options.  You may first attempt to reinstall the IVA+Plus software on the same computer and this may resolve the issue.

If the issue persists after reinstalling the IVA+Plus testing software, contact BrainTrain Technical Support at (804) 320-0120 or techsupport@braintrain.com. Note that there may be a fee incurred for this call or service.
