Technical Support
Policy
Free Technical Support is available to you
for 90 days following purchase of your IVA+Plus CPT software.
You are entitled to free technical support and free upgrades for
90 days following purchase of any IVA+Plus kit. After this
period, payment of a yearly fee of $99 is required to maintain
your IVA+Plus “Preferred Customer” status.
If you allow your
Preferred Customer status to lapse, the price to renew increases
to $200 if you last purchased IVA+Plus version 2006.1 or higher.
If you IVA+Plus is version 2005.29 or older, then the price to
renew is $300.

All upgrades for one

Any
necessary replacement CD's shipped by regular U.S. mail.
A 20% discount off the regular price of additional
stations of Captain's Log. (Additional licenses may not
be sold by you to someone else.)

A 20%
discount off the regular price of additional stations of
IVA+Plus of value equal to or less than your original
system. (Additional licenses may not be sold by you to
someone else.)

Discounts
on test administrations, IVA+Plus add-ons, and
interpretive reports.

Opportunity to post a free listing for your practice or
facility on our Online Referral Directory.
Issues which
require technical support include, but are not limited to,
replacement CDs, contact with a BrainTrain representative
regarding error codes or software issues, and re-licensing your
software if it is necessary to move it from one computer to
another.
As of April 1, 2006, no support is
available for the IVA CPT (versions prior to 2004.1).
