Anytime you require
assistance to move, reinstall or register the SmartDriver
program, you will need to speak with a BrainTrain
Technical Support Representative.
There may be a fee involved
with transferring the SmartDriver program to a new computer.
Consult the SmartDriver Technical Support policy.
Issues which require
technical support include, but are not limited to,
replacement CDs, contact with a BrainTrain representative
regarding error codes or software issues, and the need for
re-registration on a new computer station due to computer
failures and/or purchase of a new computer.
