SmartDriver
Technical Support is provided free of charge for the first
90 days following date of purchase. After this 90 day
period, technical support is provided as part of the
Captain's Log Preferred Customer plan. If you do not have
Captain's Log, or if you are not a Captain's Log Preferred
Customer, technical support is provided at a cost of $49 per
year. This fee also covers the SmartDriver program if you
are a licensed user of SmartDriver.
Issues which
require technical support include, but are not limited to,
replacement CDs, contact with a BrainTrain representative
regarding error codes or software issues, and re-licensing
your software if it is necessary to move it from one
computer to another.
Technical Support
is included in the price of lease to home users for the duration
of the lease term.
