All sales are final.

Generally, all software orders are fulfilled electronically. When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing instructions for downloading and registering the product. You will need to follow the instructions to download, install, and register the software for it to become fully functional. If you need assistance, please contact BrainTrain Technical Support and submit a support ticket.

While we generally fulfill your order the same day we receive it, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for us to send the registration information. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday or on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

If you have a license for the IVA-2, IVA-QS, or IVA-AE2 and wish to order additional tests or reports, you may do so directly through the software. In these cases, your order will be fulfilled immediately. For instructions, please click on one of the links below:




You can also renew your license to any BrainTrain software directly through the software. Please note, in order to renew at the lower renewal price, you must renew either during the term of the software license or no later than 60 days after the license expires.

If your order requires actual shipment of a backup disk, this will generally be shipped within one business day of our receipt of the order. Hardware orders can take longer, depending on whether we have the item in stock. For in stock items, domestic shipping in the continental US can take 1 – 10 business days, depending on your location. For international orders, please allow 5 additional business days.

Note: BrainTrain’s products support only Windows 7/8/10 and are not compatible with Apple computers.
